Meet Anastasia

Friendly, young woman with long hair and arm tattoos smiling indoors, wearing a black tank top and striped pants, with plants and home decor in the background.

Healing and growth happen when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I’m here to offer a space where you can reconnect with yourself, deepen self-awareness, and move through life’s challenges with more ease, and hopefully a little fun along the way.

My passion lies in helping you become the most authentic version of yourself and create the healthiest relationships of your life. My approach is holistic, down-to-earth, and rooted in Gestalt therapy. I also bring my background in physical medicine to the table, treating your whole mind, body, and spirit. Nothing exists in isolation, and I truly believe an integrative approach is needed to become the healthiest, best version of yourself possible.

I also believe that healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. Expect creativity, genuine connection, and lots of laughter as we navigate your journey together.

Whether you’re looking for therapy to process deep emotions and life experiences or coaching to find clarity, set goals, and step into action, I’m here to support you.

Into the Wild

When I’m not supporting others in their personal growth, you can always find me outdoors chasing the next adventure. I’m an avid chef, photographer, artist, activist, and explorer of this wonderful world. I live nomadically with my partner and our pup, exploring different parts of the beautiful Pacific Northwest, embracing new experiences and the freedom of the open road.

I hope we share similar passions or lifestyles because there’s no greater connection than that of lived experience!
