My Story

I didn’t come into this field through a traditional path, and that’s exactly what sets my work apart.

Before becoming a counselor and coach, I spent over a decade in the world of movement, science, and healing. My first career was rooted in exercise physiology, personal training, chiropractic care, and integrative health research - a deep dive into how the body holds stories, stress, and potential. I’ve been an athlete since age 11, and I know firsthand how physical performance, injury, burnout, and resilience live side-by-side in the human experience.

That background shaped how I approach healing: not just as a mental or emotional process, but a full-body one.

In our work together, we might track breath and sensation, explore sleep patterns and energy, or tune into your nervous system, because the mind and body are never separate. This blend of the somatic and the emotional makes my work unique in a field often dominated by purely psychological or social work training.

But there’s more to me than credentials. I’m a digital nomad and a lifelong seeker who believes in getting uncomfortable, seeing new cultures, and stepping into the unknown to grow. I’m deeply committed to social justice, climate activism, and decolonizing therapeutic spaces. Whether it’s through advocacy, education, or direct care, I want to build a more equitable and sustainable world, one client at a time.

I walk my talk. I spend as much time as possible in nature and finding my own healing. The Pacific Northwest holds my heart, and I try every day to live in a way that protects this planet and nourishes my well-being. I believe in living alternatively, slowing down, and practicing health not as perfection, but as a form of love for self, for others, and the Earth.

If you’re craving something real - an approach that blends science, soul, and strategy - I’d be honored to walk beside you.

Into The Wild

When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll likely find me on a trail, summit, or climbing route - breathing in nature and staying grounded through movement.

I live nomadically with my partner and our pup, exploring the Pacific Northwest and chasing moments of freedom, beauty, and adventure. These aren’t just hobbies - they’re how I stay connected to myself, and why I’m so passionate about helping others reconnect with their passions.

As a former personal trainer, believe me when I say: I don’t ask anyone to do something I wouldn’t do myself. I live what I teach.

And if you’ve made it this far, maybe that means you’re ready. So… what are you waiting for?

A happy Siberian Husky with blue eyes standing in snow with a hilly, sparsely treed landscape in the background and a partly cloudy sky.
A woman in mountain biking gear, including helmet and gloves, smiling while sitting on a mountain bike on a dirt trail surrounded by autumn trees.
